6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If the package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All damage claims require unboxing video and photo evidence as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Courier Methods & Tracking

Tracking Details: Once shipped, a tracking ID / AWB number will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Tracking Responsibility: Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link and staying available to
receive the package.

Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address,
or non-response, OtakusOutlet will not be responsible for delays or return-to-origin (RTO) charges.

Courier Delays: Any delay caused by the courier company, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances is beyond OtakusOutlet s control.

  • Re-shipping (if requested) will be done only after full re-shipping charges are paid in advance
