1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
At OtakusOutlet, we accept returns or exchanges strictly and only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. No return or exchange will be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, personalization details, or general dissatisfaction.
To be eligible:
- The product must be damaged at the time of delivery.
- The damage must not be caused after delivery by the customer.
- The claim must comply with the documentation requirements stated below.
2. Mandatory Video & Photo Proof
To process any return or exchange request for a damaged product, the customer must provide clear and continuous video and photo evidence as follows:
A continuous, unedited video starting from receiving the sealed package from the courier person.
The video must clearly show:
- The shipping label and package condition
- The unopened package
- The complete unwrapping/unboxing process
- The damaged product clearly visible
Clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The inner packaging
- The damaged area of the product

- Claims without a proper receiving and unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Edited, cut, unclear, or incomplete videos will be considered invalid.
3. Reporting Timeline
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Inspection & Approval
- All return/exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality control team.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any request if the evidence provided does not meet our requirements.

5. Return or Exchange Process
- Once approved, we will arrange:
- A replacement of the same product or
- A return, at our discretion
- Replacement products will be dispatched only after verification of the damage claim.
- If the product is out of stock, an alternative solution (replacement or refund, if applicable) will be communicated.
6. Packaging Condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and inserts intact (if return pickup is required).
- Failure to do so may result in rejection of the claim.
7. Courier Damage Disclaimer
While we take utmost care in packaging, damages during transit are the responsibility of the courier service. Proper documentation at the time of delivery helps us raise claims with the courier and assist you efficiently.
