OtakusOutlet is an online store offering customized and personalized gift products, gifts, along with a selection of anime-themed printed items.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

- You are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products & Customization
- Many of our products are made-to-order and personalized based on customer inputs (e.g., names, photos, custom text).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and appropriate customization details.
- We are not responsible for errors (spelling, image quality, etc.) provided by the customer.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways such as Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, etc.).
- We do not store your payment details.
5. Orders & Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Payment failure
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraudulent activity
6. Shipping & Delivery (India Only)
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (custom products may take longer).
- Delivery timelines depend on courier services and location.
- Delays may occur due to external factors (logistics issues, holidays, etc.).
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
⚠️ Important (Customized Product Policy):
- Customized/personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- For eligible issues:
- Customers must report within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
- Non-customized products (if applicable) may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to condition:
- Unused, unwashed, original packaging
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.
- Once customization work has started or the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content (designs, images, logos, text) belongs to OtakusOutlet.
- Anime-related designs are fan-inspired prints and are not officially affiliated with original creators unless explicitly stated.
- Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for illegal purposes
- Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate customization content
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
11. Limitation of Liability
OtakusOutlet shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by courier services
- Customer-provided errors in customization
12. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
